This is for everyone to complete only when registering on this website for the first time. (If you have already registered on this site your subscription will renew.
You can pay by credit/debit card via stripe for ease of use.
As soon as your application for membership has been approved and your payment received, you will be given full access to the site and to the other facilities enjoyed by members of the UKAFPJ.
